Zusammenfassung

Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust is seeking an experienced communications professional to develop compelling narratives and content that showcase the Trust's impact to diverse stakeholders in Hong Kong. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, and contribute to annual report content and major events.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in communications, and excellent bilingual English/Chinese writing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in communications, publicity, events management and public affairs.
• Strong network with relevant stakeholders.
• Relevant solid working experience.
• Some exposure in social welfare matters in Hong Kong.
• Strong passion in community affairs and charities work.
• Excellent bilingual (English/Chinese) writing proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with Charities programme teams to develop compelling narratives and content that highlight the Trust's impact and engage diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with internal partners, including public affairs and external affairs, and external agencies or consultants to develop content and implement the communication plan and Trust-related publicity and communications matters.
• Plan and develop content and communication materials for Trust stakeholder engagement events and initiatives, such as PBC Forum and Scholarship Presentation Ceremony.
• Plan, execute and evaluate multi-channel publicity campaigns to amplify project impact and stakeholder engagement.
• Work with Charities programme teams to produce impact stories for the Charities & Community Content Hub and newsletters.
• Support preparation of content for the Trust's section in the Club's Annual Report and other key corporate publications.
• Collaborate with internal divisions on joint campaigns that build awareness and reinforce the Club's philanthropic leadership.
• Support the Deputy Executive Manager in supervising team members and developing their capabilities.
• Carry out other duties as directed by management.
