Job summary

ST Engineering Unmanned & Integrated Systems Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Software Engineer to join our team working on autonomous naval vessels. You will design, implement, and test software that enables ships to operate autonomously at sea, with a focus on network communications and robust C++ code.

Candidates should have at least two years of software development experience, preferably in C++, and be comfortable with SDLC, documentation, and testing.

Qualifications

• 2 years of software development experience, preferably in C++.
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of AI/ML is a plus.
• Good knowledge of network communication protocols.
• Singaporean nationality required.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Gather software requirements and perform design, implementation, and testing.
• Execute full SDLC.
• Write well-designed, testable code in C++.
• Develop and implement software testing and validation plans.
• Stay updated on robotics software developments and contribute ideas.
• Document and maintain software design and testing plans.
• Perform software integration and testing with the actual system.
