Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience using C++
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
• Experience with multithreaded, concurrent, and asynchronous programming
• Proven ability to develop scalable and reliable systems in Linux environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance high-performance applications using modern C++
• Lead development initiatives for core trading and market data platforms used globally
• Build frameworks and tools that support quantitative research, pricing, and trading strategy development
• Develop and maintain exchange connectivity solutions including market data feeds and order gateways
• Partner closely with traders, quants, and engineers to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Optimize software performance, reliability, throughput, and latency across critical systems
• Investigate production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system behavior to ensure platform stability
• Contribute to software testing, deployment processes, monitoring, and operational excellence
