Job summary

ST Engineering Advanced Networks & Sensors Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a skilled engineer to design and integrate advanced communication and vehicle electronics systems. You will work on RF, EO/IR, and networked platforms across defense and public security applications, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• : Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications or related field;
• : 2+ years in RF/communications or vehicle electronics is preferred;
• : Familiarity with TCP/IP networking and system integration;
• : Knowledge of EMI/EMC considerations and environmental testing is a plus;
• : Hands-on with test equipment and ability to work across domains.

Responsibilities

• Design and specify end-to-end architectures covering communications, vehicle electronics, and EO payloads.
• Define interfaces between subsystems (RF, networking, vehicle power, sensors, EO/IR).
• Perform trade studies to ensure performance, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Design and implement RF/communication systems (radio, satellite, microwave, data links).
• Configure IP-based networks and related hardware/software.
• Design vehicle electrical/electronic systems including power, control, and interfaces.
• Support integration of EO/IR systems and testing.
• Develop test plans and conduct FAT/SAT and field trials.
• Produce design docs, ICDs, tests, and user manuals.
• Travel as needed; work in a team with vendors and customers.
