Job summary

Neurones IT Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a senior, hands-on .NET/C++ developer to lead its Asia Equity delivery team in Hong Kong. You will build and manage an agile team of 5–10 developers (C++, C#, and Java) delivering enterprise-scale solutions and guiding the regional IT strategy. You will drive modernization, cloud adoption, and DevOps practices.

The role requires deep domain knowledge in Equity Finance and Delta One, plus a track record of architectural leadership across global teams.

Qualifications

Senior, hands-on technical lead in a global Capital Markets environment.
Proven track record managing and delivering enterprise apps in a large financial services setting.
Strong programming skills in C#, C++, Java, with enterprise web services experience.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on leadership to the Hong Kong development team and set technical standards.
Foster an innovative, high-performing engineering culture.
Own development, delivery, and production support for global Equity initiatives in APAC.
Lead deployment/adaptation of global Equity Finance and Delta One capabilities in Asia.
Contribute to global Equity IT transformation roadmap and tech initiatives.
Ensure seamless integration of new platforms while maintaining BAU operations.
Drive cloud, ML, blockchain and AI-powered tooling adoption.
Collaborate with Europe and other regions to align priorities and standards.
