Job summary

CIAO International Limited is seeking a Senior Buyer/Buyer to support global sourcing and buying for food products, category management, inventory control, supplier coordination, product sourcing, market analysis, sales reporting and OEM development.

Based in Hong Kong, you will manage categories, liaise with suppliers on replenishment and pricing, source new products locally and internationally, analyze market trends, and prepare reports to monitor performance and inventory levels.

Qualifications

• University graduate or above.
• 3 years working experience in retail industry, preferably FMCG, food, overseas sourcing and buying experience.
• Strong product sense, excellent communication, negotiation, analytical writing and presentation skill.
• Independent, multi-tasking skills and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel (Pivot Table, VLookUp), Chinese Word Processing is a must.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
