Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an experienced leader to deliver customer-focused outcomes by embedding a customer-first mindset and end-to-end ownership across teams. You will drive planning, budgeting and partnerships while coordinating with marketing, product, and operations to advance business goals.

The role requires a university degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in people management, with strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• University graduate with at least 8 years’ of relevant experience including at least 2 years in people management.
• Experience in business planning and reporting is a must.
• With Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1, 3 & 5 license preferred.
• Good spoken English and Chinese.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills.
• Literacy in PC.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support business planning process through projecting sales inflow and tracking metrics.
• Coordinate partnerships and meetings; prepare materials and follow up actions.
• Estimate and control departmental budget; assist in annual strategic planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with bank partner counterparts.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and digital teams on initiatives.
• Review workflows to uplift service level and efficiency.
• Consolidate notes and manage related information library.
• Assist direct manager on ad-hoc assignments or projects.
