Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (HR Systems) to support the enhancement and optimization of HR technology across the organization in Hong Kong. You will work with HR leaders, stakeholders, and tech teams to deliver HR system initiatives that improve workforce management and employee experience.

The role requires 4–6+ years BA experience with hands-on HRIS exposure, fluent English and Mandarin, and the ability to work across markets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years Business Analyst experience.
• Hands-on HR systems / HRIS project experience.
• Experience with payroll, time/attendance, digital rostering or similar HR tech platforms.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
• Fluent English and Mandarin; Cantonese/trilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from HR and operational stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions.
• Support HR system implementation, enhancement and integration.
• Collaborate with technology teams, vendors and business users across the project lifecycle.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis and documentation.
• Support system testing, UAT, issue tracking and implementation.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders and markets.

As part of an ongoing digital transformation initiative, they are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (HR Systems) to support the enhancement and optimization of their HR technology landscape. This role will work closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver strategic HR system initiatives that improve workforce management, employee experience, and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

Job Requirements

• Around 4-6+ years of Business Analyst experience;
• Hands-on experience working on HR systems / HRIS projects;
• Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:
• Payroll systems/ Time & Attendance systems/ Digital Rostering / Workforce Scheduling/ Other HR technology platforms;
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills;
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced project environment;
• Fluent Mandarin and English required;
• Cantonese / trilingual capability would be a strong advantage.
