Job summary

CHFT Advisory And Appraisal Limited is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Business Analyst to conduct data collection, market research and due diligence across Asia-Pacific and Mainland China. The role supports valuation reporting, quality control and collaboration with financial advisors, lawyers and auditors.

The ideal candidate has a finance-related degree and 1-3 years' experience, with fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). Strong communication and autonomy are required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• 1-3 years relevant experience; fresh graduates considered.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Chinese word-processing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data collection, market research, management interviews, site visits and other due diligence procedures.
• Assist in preparing valuation reports and support directors in quality control.
• Collaborate with other professional parties including financial advisor, lawyers and auditors; address regulatory inquiries.
• Write consultancy reports on industry market and perform in-depth market research.
• Carry out ad hoc projects and support seminars/marketing events as required.

Senior Business Analyst/ Business Analyst

Key roles and responsibilitiesof ourSenior Business Analyst/Business Analyst

To conduct data collection, market research, management interviews, site visits and other due diligence procedures to analyze information obtained from various sources; to travel in the Mainland China and Asia-Pacific Region on required basis.

To assist managers in preparing valuation reports; and to assist directors in the quality control process.

To assist managers in collaboration with other professional service parties including financial advisor, lawyers and auditors. To assist managers to address standard review inquiry from regulatory bodies such as HK Stock Exchange, SGX, SEC etc..

To write up consultancy report on industry market and perform in-depth market research.

To carry out ad hoc projects as directed by senior management on required basis; to occasionally support regular seminar/marketing events.

Requirements

Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other business-related disciplines

1-3 years relevant experience (fresh graduate will be considered as Business Analyst)

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

Responsible, well-organized and able to work independently

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with a variety of cultures

Able to work with a high degree of autonomy as well as part of a team

Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines

Proficiency in PC knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing

Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience
