PCS Wireless is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to own requirements for all applications in the development portfolio. You will collaborate with operations, finance, sales, and business teams, structuring clear specifications that developers and AI agents can build from.

You will lead discovery, write precise user stories with acceptance criteria, and leverage AI tools to draft, prototype, and validate deliverables. This hybrid role is based in the Philippines with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Define requirements and lead multi-stakeholder application projects.
• Lead workshops, document current processes and future state.
• Write build-ready requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Utilize AI tools to draft, prototype and validate specs.
• Model processes with BPMN and ensure non-functional needs.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders globally.

Responsabilités

• Own requirements for applications in the portfolio from concept to adoption.
• Run discovery sessions and document pain points and opportunities.
• Create detailed specifications and data models for build-ready output.
• Use AI to synthesize notes, stories, tests and flows.
• Build prototypes to validate ideas with stakeholders early.
• Maintain traceability from objectives to release and support UAT.
