Job summary

Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) seeks a dynamic graphic designer to support our Creative Department. You will design for trade fairs, overseas pavilions, missions, and marketing materials while shaping brand strategy across council projects.

You will collaborate with multiple departments and external suppliers, ensuring high-quality outputs and cost-efficient processes. Proactive, team-oriented, and fluent in English and Chinese, you thrive in a fast-paced events environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 2 years relevant working experience in graphic design and branding design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Midjourney, OpenArt or AI related software.
• Creative team player with planning and vendor relationship skills.
• Strong design sense and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide graphic design for TDC trade fairs, overseas pavilions, missions, and other council events and marketing materials.
• Responsible for brand development strategy on all council projects.
• Liaise with different departments on design requirements; collaborate with 3D designers/DO colleagues.
• Maintain quality control and improve cost-efficiency with suppliers; assist on-site setup and preparations.
