Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, BI, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, or related delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional BI initiatives and working with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Strong understanding of BI, reporting, data warehousing, ETL, governance, and data quality.
• Experience with BI and data tools such as Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric; Jira/Confluence preferred.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive from requirements to delivery.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts; continuous improvement mindset.
• Exposure to AI and automation to improve analytics and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for BI and data analytics initiatives.
• Clarify business needs and translate into functional, data, and solution requirements.
• Document specifications, user stories, processes, mappings, test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate delivery with stakeholders, vendors, and regional/global teams.
• Support reporting, analytics, KPI initiatives, ensuring data quality and governance.
• Lead SIT and UAT activities, manage defects and production readiness.
• Maintain project docs, backlogs, risks, decisions using Jira/Confluence.
• Support BI solutions post-launch and identify improvement opportunities.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance analysis, testing, reporting and productivity.
• Mentor and support junior analysts.
