Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, teammates, vendors and suppliers
• Make and serve a selection of beverages using various brewing methods
• Prepare and serve food
• Stay knowledgeable about Blue Bottle’s beverage and food offerings; participate in tastings and trainings
• Taste beverages regularly to uphold quality and standards; develop palate
• Create community in cafes by sharing coffee knowledge with guests and teammates
• Support the team with cafe upkeep, including cleaning and organizing stations
• Be passionate about sustainability and help achieve company goals
• Uphold health, food safety and safety guidelines
• Promote a safe and respectful working environment
