Job summary

China Taiping Life Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited is seeking a Senior Officer, Business Development - Bancassurance to develop and promote business through bank channels and support existing bancassurance partners' branches.

You will help achieve team goals, assist in sales plans, conduct channel and market analysis, provide sales support, and build strong relationships with banking partners while handling ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above with 1–5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in local insurance or banking preferred.
Cross-border experience preferred.
Aspiring to pursue a career in insurance industry.
Strong communication and coordination skills; able to communicate with local bank customers.
Self-motivated, result-oriented with good execution and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Develop and promote business through bank channels and support bank branches of bancassurance partners.
Achieve team performance goals and assist in formulating sales plans.
Assist in channel and market analysis of peer products.
Assist in providing sales support at all levels; build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of banking partners.
Assist in ad hoc projects.
