Job summary

Combuilder Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead and accelerate development, with emphasis on scalable architectures, cloud integration, and data streaming. You will work with partners and internal teams to define roadmaps and execute POCs, ensuring secure, efficient delivery on complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in an individual contributor software engineering role.
• Experience with NodeJs with TypeScript.
• Experience with one or more Cloud Service Providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience building cron jobs and scripts to run batch jobs.
• Experience with streaming data.
• Strong track record of successful large-scale partner solution implementations.
• Exceptional communication skills enabling bridging technical discussions with internal and external partners.
• Experience working in highly secured/air gap systems is a plus (e.g. banking/government).

Responsibilities

• Partner with software engineers and other functions to understand objectives for development delivery efficiency and system resiliency.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of NEA's landscapes, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Collaborate to identify relevant practices (CI/CD, SRE) for Core Engineering Products to achieve goals.
• Develop transition roadmaps from current to desired state, including tool adoption.
• Explain complex concepts clearly to stakeholders with actionable recommendations and diagrams as needed.
• Support NEA with proof of concept (POC) initiatives and early implementation support.
• Collaborate with fellow Software Engineers to share insights, tools, and foster a learning culture.
