Job summary

WATI.io in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to expand product offerings and deploy new features, collaborating with software development and product teams. You will help drive the team to deliver quality software on schedule.

You will work on integrating frontend with backend, write efficient code, design scalable services, and ensure security and data protection, using C#, .NET, and JavaScript in a microservices environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience in C#, .NET.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
• Expertise in Microservice Architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience handling high-load production environments.

Responsibilities

• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Implementation of security and data protection.
• Integration of data storage solutions, including databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc
