Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or closely related discipline.
• Proven experience in financial settlement operations or middle/back-office functions is highly advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) and Chinese word processing.
• Hands-on experience with Ayers and SharpPoint is a distinct advantage.
• Fluent in writing and speaking English and Mandarin.
• Detail-oriented, quick learner, collaborative team player, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with immediate availability will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete settlement cycle and comprehensive asset servicing across a diverse portfolio of global equities, futures, and options.
• Optimize and streamline daily operational workflows to maximize efficiency while ensuring absolute adherence to stringent regulatory frameworks.
• Proactively adapt internal systems and operational procedures in response to evolving market dynamics and continuous regulatory developments.
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies, fails, and matching exceptions through effective collaboration with prime brokers, custodians, clearing agents, and counterparty settlement teams.
• Serve as a key contributor to cross-functional initiatives, including operational automation projects, system enhancements, and regulatory implementation rollouts.
