Job summary

Aedas in Hong Kong seeks an experienced lead for interior hospitality design with 12+ years in the field. You will work on high-end projects across Asia Pacific, shaping concepts from space planning to client presentations and design delivery.

The role requires a recognized degree in interior design or related discipline, strong communication with clients, and the ability to manage design teams. Multilingual abilities are a plus; the firm offers long-term career development and a competitive

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of interior hospitality design experience.
• Recognized degree in interior design, architecture or related discipline.
• Extensive Asia Pacific experience (Hong Kong/Mainland China/Singapore).
• Fully conversant with space planning and designing for new strategies.
• Able to provide creative design solutions tailored to each client.
• Excellent communication to maintain client relationships.
• Experience managing and coordinating design teams.
• Multilingual skills are beneficial.

• Minimum 12 years of Interior Hospitality design;

• High level in design with International exposure;
• Extensive experience having worked in Asia Pacific region such as Hong Kong, Mainland China or Singapore;
• Fully conversant with space planning and designing for new strategies;
• Capable of providing creative design solutions specific to each Client;
• Excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with and trust of existing clients;
• Experience of managing and co-ordinating design teams;
• It will be beneficial if candidates are multilingual.
