Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a highly experienced debt capital markets lawyer for a premier PRC law firm client in Hong Kong. The role focuses on advising on a broad range of DCM transactions, drafting and negotiating complex documentation, and managing matters from execution to completion across jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ PQE with DCM experience, Mandarin fluency and strong English, and a background in an international firm.

• 5+ PQE with DCM transaction experience
• Mandarin language capability and strong English communication skills
• Background in an international law firm preferred
