Job summary

Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking a qualified lawyer with 5+ PQE in debt capital markets to join a leading PRC law firm. The role involves advising on DCM transactions, drafting and negotiating documentation, and handling matters from execution to completion, with opportunities to work across jurisdictions and contribute to business development.

The successful applicant will be fluent in Mandarin and English and have a background in an international law firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE with debt capital markets experience.
• Mandarin fluency with strong English communication skills.
• Background in an international law firm is preferred.
