Our experts advise on the full range of employment services:
The Senior Associate’s workload will be exclusively employment advisory work. They will mainly be assisting other Managing Associates and Partners, as well as running their own matters under supervision. They will be required to work with, and supervise, more Junior Associates and Trainees / Paralegals.
The caseload will be non-contentious employment work and they will have direct contact with a variety of clients which includes a good deal of relationship management.
The role will develop in accordance with their own skills, aptitude and preferences and according to the needs of clients and the division.
A Senior Associate typically will proactively suggest ideas for collaborating with others on business development and other activities.
The successful candidate should ideally have 6+ years’ post qualification experience, preferably with the benefit of training and development in a well-respected employment team.
