Job summary

Guosen Securities (HK) Financial Holdings Company, Limited is seeking a Senior Operations Officer for Asset Management to oversee daily fund operations, NAV review and processing of subscriptions/redemptions in a fast-paced environment.

You'll coordinate with fund administrators, prime brokers and auditors, monitor corporate actions and ensure compliance with SFC regulations. Strong communications and language skills are essential to succeed in this team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• HKICPA or ACCA or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in fund operations, fund accounting or audit.
• Understanding of fund structures and full fund lifecycle.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly fund reports using fund administration systems.
• Liaise with fund administrators, prime brokers, trustees, auditors and other external parties on operational matters.

• Maintain operational procedures and controls in compliance with SFC regulations and internal policies.
• Support new fund onboarding, regulatory filings and ad hoc projects as assigned.
