Job summary

Our Client in Singapore seeks a Senior Photolithography Equipment Engineer to support and optimize ASML PAS/XT lithography systems across shifts. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and monitor uptime to improve productivity.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to safety and 6S standards. Applicants should have a diploma or degree in engineering and at least 3 years hands-on ASML PAS/XT experience in a semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

Engineering degree or diploma required in mechanical, electrical or electronics.
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with ASML PAS/XT lithography systems.
Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment issues during shift operations.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Monitor machine performance and drive uptime, productivity, and efficiency.
Manage spare parts, consumables, and maintenance documentation.
Lead equipment improvement projects and support new equipment installation/start-up activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, ISO, calibration, and 6S requirements.
