Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of equipment/field service experience in semiconductors.
• Familiar with Trymax, Axcelis, Gasonic or Mattson tools.
• Proactive with strong learning agility and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned tools and monitor uptime, MTBF, MTTR, and performance.
• Plan, perform, and optimize preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and supervise field service engineers during interventions.
• Collaborate with process engineering to meet CD, profile, and defectivity targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction through CIP/Six Sigma initiatives.
• Create and maintain SOPs, procedures, and training; ensure safety and compliance.
