Agoda is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead analytics for the Flights vertical. You will translate large datasets into actionable insights, develop rigorous experiments, and drive data-informed decisions across channels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analyst roles or big data projects.

Responsibilities

• Define Marketing strategy for Flights Vertical (outside of pricing)
• Spearhead development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s Flights business across channels
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of large datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments (A/B tests), and build analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Partner with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and flights supply to identify opportunities and interpret data trends
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of initiatives with insights for improvement
• Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to senior management
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and managers; participate in hiring and onboarding
