Job summary

Agoda is hiring for an entry-level role in Performance Marketing. Fresh graduates with a quantitative degree and strong English communication are welcome. You will work with data to optimize search and display campaigns, build models, and create dashboards to support account managers.

Ideal candidates have strong numerical skills, proficiency in Excel, and curiosity about data analytics. This position favors candidates with exposure to analytics tools and digital marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from top university in a quantitative subject (computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics or science or related fields)
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Good numerical reasoning skills
• Proficiency in Excel

• Exposure to data analysis packages or databases (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL)
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus

In this Role, you’ll get to:
