Job summary

Automated Systems (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on Frontend Developer with a focus on React.js to join our enterprise IT team in Shatin. You will analyze business requirements, translate them into technical tasks, and contribute to system design and architecture.

With at least 2 years of development experience, you will lead small teams, troubleshoot issues, document technical work, and collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI designers, QA, and other IT colleagues to deliver robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on development with React.js and/or Java.
• Experience in system design and architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-level application systems development focusing on React.js.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and specs.
• Track requirements from inception to deliverables meeting customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve gaps between requirements and tasks.
• Collaborate with BAs, UX/UI designers, QA, and IT teams to deliver improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee application systems development at the enterprise level with a focus on React.js frameworks.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical tasks and functional specifications.
• Track project requirements from their inception to deliverables that meet customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and resolve any issues between requirements and technical tasks.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, QA teams, and other IT departments to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver effective solutions to customers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on development experience, specifically with React.js and/or Java programming.
• Experience in system design and architecture is preferred.
• Proficient in React.js technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication abilities.
• Experience leading a team of programmers in troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing enhancements.
• Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies and systems.
