Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. is hiring an Analyst Programmer / System Analyst with Java Spring and full stack development experience. You will provide technical advice on application design and supervise contractors to implement systems within the SDLC.

Travel within HKSARG to user departments’ offices may be required. The role requires a higher diploma or degree in IT and 3–4 years of development experience, with strong UML, Spring, Hibernate, ReactJS, ebXML, and XML skills, plus excellent

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related subjects.
• At least 3–4 years in application development.
• Solid experience in the full SDLC of an IT system.
• Experience in performing quality control of IT services provided by contractors.
• Able to read/understand business processes described in UML.
• Experience and knowledge in Spring, Hibernate, ReactJS, ebXML and XML.
• Experience implementing large-scale critical systems with 7x24 availability and disaster recovery requirements.
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.

About you
