Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment is seeking a Senior Analyst, Technical Accounting and Reporting to support US GAAP, IFRS/HKFRS, and other standards across global locations. The role involves preparing technical memos, liaising with business units, and coordinating with auditors.

Experience with IFRS and Hong Kong Listing Rules is required, with Big Four exposure preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is expected, and the ideal candidate will work under minimal supervision and

Strong accounting research and technical writing skills are required.
Ability to work independently and take initiative is critical.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential.

Responsibilities

Assist with the review of financial statement disclosures for HK/US listings and capital market transactions to ensure compliance with listing rules and accounting standards.
Assist with registration statements for capital market transactions and ensure disclosures meet requirements.
Assist with global audit activities including engagement letters, fieldwork scheduling, auditor requests, and billings.
Prepare audit committee materials and summaries of accounting matters, and coordinate committee requirements.
