Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited is seeking a Senior Analyst to support technical accounting and reporting for HK/US listings and capital market transactions. You will review disclosures, assist with registration filings, and coordinate auditing activities.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, IFRS/HKFRS knowledge, and strong writing and analytical skills. US GAAP exposure is a plus, with primary focus on compliance and policy maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years relevant work experience, Big Four preferred.
• Experience with IFRS/HKFRS and HK listing rules.
• US GAAP experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review financial statement disclosures for HK/US listings and capital market transactions.
• Ensure disclosures comply with listing rules and accounting standards.
• Review registration statements for capital market transactions.
• Assist global audit processes: letters, fieldwork, requests, billings.
• Prepare audit committee materials and meeting minutes.
• Prepare summaries of accounting matters and coordinate committee requirements.
• Draft technical accounting memos and policies across GAAP/HKFRS/IFRS.
• Coordinate with business units to ensure GAAP compliance and policies.
• Maintain XBRL reporting compliance and analyze peer reporting.
