Melco Resorts & Entertainment in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Analyst, Technical Accounting and Reporting to assist with disclosures for HK/US listings and to ensure compliance with listing rules and accounting standards. The role supports registration statements and global audits.

Under supervision, you will prepare technical memos for US GAAP, IFRS/HKFRS, Macau GAAP, and other standards, and liaise with business units to ensure GAAP adherence and accurate financial reporting.

Formación

• Strong accounting research and technical writing skills required.
• Ability to work independently and with initiative are critical.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Analytical and practical approach to resolving issues under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with review of financial statement disclosures for HK/US listings.
• Ensure disclosures comply with listing rules and accounting standards.
• Support registration statements for capital market transactions.
• Coordinate global audit activities and prepare audit committee materials.
• Prepare technical accounting memos and policies across US GAAP, IFRS/HKFRS, Macau GAAP.
• Research technical accounting and disclosure matters as needed.
• Liaise with business units to enforce GAAP policies and memos.
• Prepare GAAP difference checklists with annual and quarterly reports.
• Provide accounting assessments for technical matters under manager guidance.
• Support XBRL reporting compliance.
• Analyze peer reporting for best practices in external reporting.
• Assist with new accounting standards disclosures and policy changes.
• Contribute to annual statutory audit filings and government submissions.
• Stay updated on industry changes and reflect in accounting policies.
