Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Senior in Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) to design and implement AML risk solutions for financial institutions. You will lead project delivery, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address evolving regulatory and market needs.

Responsibilities include developing models for TM, KYC, alert triage, and sanctions screening using ML/AI, and pursuing new opportunities through cross-functional collaboration across EY's global

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields such as Math, Engineering, CS, Data Science, or AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SAS, R, SQL.
• Experience with ML/AI/GenAI, NLP, and large language models.
• Experience in end-to-end TM, KYC, or sanctions screening models.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time with high-quality client delivery.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Develop AML-related risk solutions using ML/AI.
• Lead solution development across TM, KYC, alert triage, and name screening.
