Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in software engineering/solution architecture with 3+ years in AI/Generative AI.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise AI solutions in regulated sectors.
• Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Strong software engineering skills across Python, Java, RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with AI governance, production monitoring, data security and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute corporate AI strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Design and oversee scalable, secure AI platforms for enterprise integration.
• Lead deployment of AI components including LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Establish AI governance, risk controls and explainability standards.
• Evaluate platforms, vendors, and drive AI literacy across the enterprise.
• Build robust backend systems and apply best practices for secure AI deployments.
