Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced IT leader to act as a data/AI domain expert and drive enterprise analytics solutions. You will design, develop, test and maintain analytics projects, and manage IT and automation initiatives with careful planning of costs and resources.

You will collaborate with internal customers and vendors to productionise AI models, assist in system tests and UAT, and lead the IT team to deliver reliable daily support while advancing security and policies.

Qualifications

• Require a degree in computer science, engineering or IT-related field.
• Minimum 8 years of project management and team leadership experience.
• Experience with data analytics solutions and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of implementing D365 and Power BI is a plus.
• Eager to propose ideas with a pragmatic, solution-driven approach.
• Good command of English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a data/AI domain expert for system and project support.
• Engage in design, development, testing, and maintenance of analytics solutions.
• Manage IT/automation projects including plans, costs and resources.
• Collaborate with internal customers and vendors to productionise AI models.
• Assist in system assurance tests and UAT to meet standards.
• Lead and mentor IT team for daily operations and tasks.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
