Job summary

Leadingnation invites an accomplished data science and analytics professional to join its strategy and analytics practice. You will work with C-suite executives to derive actionable insights, build predictive models, and shape client outcomes using a data-driven approach across marketing, pricing, and operations.

The role requires at least 10 years in consulting or data science with advanced Excel, Python, R, SAS, Spark skills, and a strong foundation in statistics and economics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; strong preference for data science/AI/statistics/economics or quantitative background.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in management consulting OR minimum of 10 years of data science, advanced modelling, and predictive modelling with best use of commercial data science or machine learning platforms.
• Very strong expertise in Microsoft suite (including advanced Excel with Pivot Tables & Macros; advanced PowerPoint usage).
• Deep experience with predictive analytics tools which may include R, SAS, Python, Spark.

Responsibilities

• Client-facing interaction including providing data-driven analyses, recommendations, presentations, advice, to clients.
• Leads proposal preparation, client presentation and project delivery.
• Evaluate the current state of the client’s databases and data systems to identify database structural necessities.
• Identify new solutions to increase efficiency and performance.
• Delivers analytics projects including but not limited to Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Channel Attribution, Big Data Analytics, Pricing and Promotion, Trade Promotion Analytics, Customer Segmentation analytics, Markdown Optimization, machine learning operations, optimization, statistical analysis, quantitative modelling.
