Job summary

Island School is seeking a Senior Administrator to lead financial and operational controls, manage the school’s budget for SLT review, and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.

You will drive audit remediation, maintain GL and close processes, and collaborate with admissions, security, and administration to ensure smooth school operations. Strong English and Cantonese, and five years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• A recognized university degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit remediation and control governance.
• Manage school budget, strategic planning and monthly rolling forecast.
• Oversee General Ledger, Financial Close, Record-to-Report and Financial Reporting processes.
• Handle department invoice payments and daily data entry.
• Draft SOPs aligned with ESF/EDB guidelines.
• Oversee admission office operations.
• Supervise attendance and implement prevention protocols.
• Collaborate with security and admin to resolve student tracking issues.
• Deliver projects end-to-end and support automation initiatives.
