Job summary

• Chartered or Certified Accountant or equivalent.
• Strong financial leadership experience at a senior level.
• Experience in HR and personnel policy advisory in HK/China contexts.
• Excellent English and Cantonese communication skills; Mandarin desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership aligned with school strategy.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, internal controls and audits.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, banking relationships, investments and financing.
• Lead governance, risk management and regulatory compliance for the school.
• Supervise HR, procurement, insurance and admin functions.
• Engage with government bodies and external partners as needed.
• Direct capital projects and campus development initiatives.
• Support Board and leadership team with accurate financial information.
