FWD Group in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the end-to-end processes for new business applications. You will lead a team of administrative staff, drive efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance across AML, FATCA and CRS.

The role requires a strong background in life insurance administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with underwriters, sales teams, and other departments. An attractive package is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an administrative or managerial role within life insurance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in insurance software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of AML, FATCA and CRS compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the administrative processes associated with new business applications.
• Lead a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and training.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure underwriting processes comply with AML, FATCA, CRS and company policies.
• Collaborate with underwriters, sales teams, and other departments.
• Monitor and maintain high data accuracy and quality in administrative tasks.
• Generate and analyze reports on new business performance.
• Address and resolve issues or queries from clients, brokers, and agents.
• Perform user acceptance testing on system enhancements.
