Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least five years' administration experience in banking or financial institutions.
• Preferably with experience in banking operations.

• Independent and able to prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations of Accounting Department and reviews outstanding items.
• Oversees preparation of reports to regulators, management and auditors.
• Manages annual branch budget and monthly financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with HKMA, BSP, AMLC and other authorities.
• Supervises HR payroll, benefits, leaves, insurance and recruitment.
• Handles branch expenses, assets, insurance and annual returns.
