Inke Hongkong Limited is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts, including payment arrangements, reimbursements, and accounts payable. You will prepare month-end closings, management reports, and financial schedules for the company and related entities.

The role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, with preference for securities/brokerage/asset management exposure.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with 3+ years of solid accounting experience.
• Prior experience in the securities, brokerage, and/or asset management industry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with SFC FRR (Financial Resources Rules) returns and daily liquid capital calculations is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Independent, self-starter with strong motivation, initiative, and the ability to manage workloads under minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese), fluent in Mandarin is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full set of accounts, payment arrangements, reimbursement, and various accounts payable functions.
• Prepare month-end closing, management reports, and financial schedules for the Company and its affiliated entities.
• Handle statutory and regulatory compliance tasks, including regulatory filings, bank account opening.
• Assist in statutory audit and financial reporting processes.
• Liaise effectively with external parties, including banks, auditors, and professional advisors.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support daily business operations.
• Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned.
