Job summary

深圳市郑中设计股份有限公司 is seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee day-to-day financial operations and statutory compliance in Hong Kong. This hands-on role emphasizes execution and accuracy across a broad range of accounting tasks.

You will manage accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations and monthly close, while ensuring compliance with Hong Kong regulations and MPF rules. Collaboration with auditors and administration of filings is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting and compliance experience in Hong Kong.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• Sound knowledge of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, tax regulations and MPF rules.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (native or professional proficiency).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cloud accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks.
• Self-motivated, well-organised and able to work independently in a generalist role.

Responsibilities

• Perform full set of accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow statements and financial reports.
• Handle tax filings, employer returns and MPF administration for the IRD.
• Coordinate with external auditors and company secretarial teams for annual audits and filings.
• Process staff expense claims, monitor daily cash positions and arrange vendor payments.
• Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
