Foodgears Industrial International Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Accounting Manager to oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for Hong Kong and overseas entities.

You will supervise daily accounting operations, assist in budgeting and financial planning, and handle treasury activities including loans and invoices financing. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 5 years of accounting/finance experience, and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• 5 years’ working experience in accounting and finance.
• Solid understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
• Familiar with accounting software, knowledge of Kingdee would be an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of ERP systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office and applications.
• Independent, responsible and self-initiative, able to work on multi-tasks.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Mansioni

• Prepare, review and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the month-end closing for HK and overseas companies
• Supervise daily accounting operations
• Prepare monthly management reports and assist in analysis for management review
• Assist in financial planning, business analysis and budgetary control
• Handle treasury operations, including TR loans and invoice financing
• Monitor daily cash positions and assist in cash flow forecast
• Responsible for all matters related to Accounting, Audit and Taxation
