Johnson-Electri in Hong Kong seeks an experienced finance leader to drive high-impact transformation across the finance function. You will supervise accounting operations, manage general ledger, and prepare management reports to support strategic decision-making.

You will own regional eCommerce P&L, partner with business leaders, mentor a high-performing team, and lead process improvements to strengthen financial controls.

Formación

• 8+ years of senior finance experience in large-scale enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and consolidation.
• Experience in manufacturing and retail sectors.
• Experience driving finance transformation and process improvements.
• Experience managing regional P&L and cross-functional partnerships.
• CFA/CPA/HKICPA qualification is preferred.

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Member of HKICPA
• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant with HKICPA or equivalent qualification
• 5 years of relevant experience in multi-national, listed, sizable organization
• 2 years’ relevant experience, with exposure in retail or F&B industry
• HKICPA / ACCA student, member, or equivalent preferred

• Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership
• Strong experience of manufacturing and consolidated accounts
• Occasionally trip to overseas
• Immediate Available / Short Notice is preferred
• Minimum 2 years' transaction services/deal advisory/audit experiences
• Financial analysis, modelling and due diligence knowledge are essential
• Capable to handle international and domestic client base projects
• Influence key business decisions as a trusted finance leader

• Supervise & lead teams for full set of accounts
• Strong in Excel and knowledge in Flex and Fion
