Job summary

TRON DAO is recruiting a Finance/Accounting professional to manage DeFi revenue reconciliations, wallet reconciliations, and BPM-related payment reviews. The role includes coordinating with risk and wallet teams, validating vendor and transaction details, and supporting month-end closings in QuickBooks within a crypto-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in accounting, experience with crypto/blockchains, and strong English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting and reporting experience.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in crypto exchanges and blockchains is highly preferred.
• Proficient English and Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile DeFi revenue and on-chain data to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Manage weekly/monthly wallet reconciliations across categories.
• Validate payment details and vendor information against SOPs.
• Prepare month-end closes and cash flow forecasts.
