Job summary

FWD Group Hong Kong is seeking a talented strategy professional to support the execution of strategic projects and partnerships. You will prepare reports for senior management, monitor market developments, and help assess initiatives that drive business growth.

The role requires a business-related bachelor's degree and 3–8 years of experience within insurance, strategy or consulting, plus strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

The Job

• Assist in the overall execution of strategic projects including partnerships, strategic investment and/or other inorganic initiatives for FWD Hong Kong
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders
• Monitor market development and competitor intelligence to facilitate senior management’s decision making
• Screen and assess any strategic initiatives relevant for business growth
• Deliver ad hoc research and analysis as required

The Person

• Bachelor degree holder in Business related disciplines
• 3 - 8 years of experience from insurance companies or in a strategy, consulting or business advisory role
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ambitious and highly motivated self-starter
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
