Job summary

FWD Group is seeking an experienced actuarial/product development professional to drive new product initiatives and ongoing maintenance across markets. You will collaborate with multiple departments and distribution channels to deliver insights and determine market trends.

Applicants should have at least 6 years in actuarial roles or life-insurance product development, with excellent English communication and Chinese literacy, and strong project management abilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent.
• At least 6 years’ of actuarial experience or product development within the life insurance industry.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English; Chinese reading/writing is a must.
• Strong project management skills, accuracy and attention to detail; able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement new product initiatives, marketing initiatives and ongoing product maintenance with relevant departments and distribution channels.
• Provide insights on market potentials, determine trends and prepare analysis.
• Identify new product concepts based on customer research, market/internal analysis, and distribution feedback.
• Manage ILAS, Universal Life and Participating product portfolio.
