Job summary

FWD Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced insurance sales professional to drive life and general insurance opportunities with B2B partners, in-house advisors and orphan clients. You will be the main contact for front-line channels, delivering sales training and support to advisors and arranging training seminars for partners.

Responsibilities include expanding opportunities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing market intelligence through research reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics or Business with 5+ years in Insurance Brokerage or Investment Brokerage.
• IIQE Paper 1–3 completed; Paper 4/5 an advantage.
• SFC License 1 & 4 and MPF knowledge are beneficial.

The Job

• Seeking business opportunities and expanding business, covering Life and GI Business
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B partners, in-house advisors and orphan clients
• Serve as the primary contact for front-line channels. Providing sales training, guidance & support to in-house Advisors
• Arrange insurance training and seminars for B2B partners and in-house advisors
• Arrange Sales meeting for in-house advisors
• Ensure all LRs meet regulatory and compliance requirements
• Experience in market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, product comparison and preparation of research reports with practical business recommendations.
• Experience in supporting CIES or wealth management promotion, including product briefings, training sessions, roadshows and sales enablement activities.
• Experience in frontline sales recruitment and talent acquisition support, including candidate sourcing, lead generation, screening coordination and recruitment events.

The Person

• Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business or related disciplines with minimum 5 years of Insurance Brokerage & Investment Brokerage experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer
• IIQE Paper 1 - 3 is a must for Life Insurance & General Insurance. IIQE Paper 4 & 5 will be an advantage.
• SFC License Type 1 & 4 and MPF will be an advantage
• Experience with Family Office/ CIES campaign will be an advantage
• People oriented and strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
