Job summary

Private Advertiser in Hong Kong invites applications for an accounting position. The role focuses on daily settlement of AR/AP/GL, vouchers, and data entry while maintaining accurate accounts.

You will perform general accounting operations, tackle data entry tasks, and assist with ad-hoc duties as required. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of accounting experience, familiarity with PeachTree, and strong English/Mandarin communication.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates considered with relevant certificates.
• At least 4 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with accounting systems and data entry.
• Strong PC skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily settlement duties for AR/AP/GL transactions.
• Prepare vouchers and data entry for accounts receivable, payable and general accounts.
• General accounting operations.
• General data entry tasks.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Support shipping department routing tasks.

JobRequirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above / Fresh graduated will also consider;
• With LCC Level 3 certificate or above;
• At least 4 years accounting experience;
• Operation experience in Accounting system eg. Peach tree
• Good command in PC skills in Excel & MS office;
• Positive working attitude, eager to learn & strong sense of responsibility;
• Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, able to work independently and under high pressure, multi-tasking;
• Good communication skill of English and Mandarin;
• Good interperson and communication skills

JobResponsibilities:

• Perform daily settlement duties for processing of AR / AP / GL transactions to ensure the accounts are maintained in an up to date and accurate manner;
• Prepare vouches and data entry(accounts receivable, accounts payable and general accounts....);
• General accounting operation
• General data entry
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Cum Shipping department route work
