Job summary

China Lacrosse Association is seeking an Accounting Officer (Accounts Receivable) to manage AR processes, invoicing and collections, and assist with month-end closings and audits. The role requires strong Excel skills and relevant bookkeeping experience, with LCSD subvention noted.

This is a full-time on-site position in Hong Kong. The candidate should have 4–6 years of relevant experience, be proficient in filing and cash allocations, and capable of preparing ageing receivable reports.

Qualifications

• Grade E / Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English, Chinese and Mathematics (HKCEE) or HKDSE equivalent.
• Level III Bookkeeping & Accounts (LCCI) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, and filing.
• Assist in month-end closing, audits and tax matters.
• Enter cash receipts into the system and allocate accordingly.
• File and scan accounts payable, cash receipts and bill edits.
• Handle customer invoices, track payments and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Pursue overdue payments; reconcile customer payments and maintain records.
• Prepare ageing receivables reports and assist month-end closing.

Job description

• Handle customer invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring timely reconciliation and collection
• Pursue overdue payments, reconciling customer payments, and maintaining accurate records
• Prepare reports on receivables such as ageing reports, and assist on month end closing

Qualification

• ~ Grade E / Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English (Syllabus B), Chinese and Mathematics in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or equivalent; or Level 2 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects including English, Chinese and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination

• - 4-6 years or above relevant experience
