Job summary

Saint Francis University seeks an appointee to assist in a flagship 5-year service-research project, supporting the Principal Investigator, Co-investigators and the team in carrying out project-related tasks.

The role involves planning and coordination of activities, arranging and conducting research (surveys, interviews), data preparation and analysis, and compiling reports, with emphasis on SEN/ND knowledge and strong English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Social Work, Social Sciences, Education, Applied Research, Applied Psychology or Statistics.
• Experience in project or event management and/or research.
• Knowledge of SEN / Neurodiversity (ND).
• Ability to work independently, investigative, detail-oriented and analytical.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordination of project activities (seminars, workshops).
• Arrange and conduct research activities (surveys, in-depth interviews).
• Prepare and analyze data derived from the project.
• Compile research reports and publication materials.
• Handle relevant administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the PI.
